Dilonell Properties rent out rooms for student and researchers that are coming to Göteborg to study. Perfect if you want to live close to all that the city has to offer, but still want a nice, tranquil environment around you to be able to focus on studies.

The property where the apartment and the small house are located is in an area of Göteborg called Krokslätt. Just a few minutes’ walk takes you to bus station. Then it only takes 8 min to Chalmers, 10 minutes to city center, 15 minutes to AstraZeneca by bus. The area has lots of supermarkets and restaurants. Also close to the tramline.

In both of the rental options each person has their own bedroom. The rest of the facility is shared, such as kitchen, bathrooms, living room, laundry room and deck. Everyone is responsible to keep the place tidy and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to be able to cook and eat. Parking space for car and bike is available. Heat, water, TV and garbage disposal are included in the rent.

In each bedroom there is a nice new bed, desk and closet. New sheets and such are given to every new guest.

Smoking inside and pets are not allowed. One person in each room, no couples.
